Terms and conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using TournamentZZZ (hereinafter, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the Platform. Continued use after any change implies acceptance of the new terms.

2. Description of the service

TournamentZZZ is a video game tournament and league management platform that lets users organize into teams, enroll in competitions, report match results and check standings. The Platform is currently offered as a beta, with no guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to sign up.
• Only one account per person is allowed. Duplicate accounts may be removed without notice.
• You must provide truthful information when signing up. Accounts with false data or impersonation will be permanently suspended.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity carried out from your account is your responsibility. In case of unauthorized use, you must notify the administration team immediately.

The Platform reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that breach these terms, without prior justification.

5. Teams and tournaments

• Teams are managed by their captain, who is responsible for the roster’s behavior.
• A player can belong to multiple teams, but can only be a starter in one simultaneous tournament per game.
• Using cheating software, exploits or any advantage not allowed by the tournament rules will result in immediate disqualification and a possible permanent ban from the Platform.
• Teams enrolled in a tournament must respect the assigned match schedules. Not showing up without notifying STAFF in advance may result in a walkover loss.

6. Results and disputes

The official results flow is: the winning team’s captain reports the result → the opposing team confirms or disputes it. In case of a dispute, the STAFF team will review the evidence and make a final, unappealable decision within the Platform.

TournamentZZZ is not responsible for discrepancies arising from manipulated screenshots or other fraudulent evidence. Falsifying results leads to permanent disqualification.

7. User conduct

The following is expressly forbidden:

• Harassment, insults or toxic behavior towards other users on the Platform.
• Spam, unsolicited advertising or malicious links in any text field.
• Impersonating professional players, organizations or STAFF members.
• Any attempt to compromise the security or technical integrity of the Platform.

8. Intellectual property

User-generated content (team names, logos, nicknames) is the responsibility of whoever uploads it. You must not use trademarks, logos of real organizations or copyrighted images without permission. TournamentZZZ may remove content that infringes third-party rights without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

TournamentZZZ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Platform will not be liable for data loss, service interruptions, incorrect results caused by technical errors, or any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be announced through a notification on the Platform. Continued use after changes are published implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms will be submitted to the competent courts of Spain, unless applicable regulations provide otherwise.
